Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All IV therapy products require strict temperature control to maintain potency and sterility. Our shipping process includes:
Insulated Packaging
All orders ship in insulated containers with gel cold packs to maintain proper temperature range during transit.
Seasonal Adjustments
During summer months, additional cold packs and expedited shipping may be recommended for heat-sensitive products.
Secure Product Packaging
Products are individually wrapped and secured with foam inserts to prevent breakage during transit.
Proper Labeling
All packages are labeled with "Temperature Sensitive" and "This Side Up" indicators for carrier handling.
Delivery Area
Drip Wholesalers ships to licensed healthcare providers in all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not ship internationally. All orders must be shipped to a verified business address associated with your wholesale account.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or with compromised temperature indicators, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of temperature-sensitive wellness products, all sales are final once shipped. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- - Product arrived damaged or with broken seals
- - Incorrect product shipped
- - Product received past expiration date
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be in their original sealed packaging and have not been stored improperly. Contact our team to initiate a return or replacement.
